“ I have eaten in the Deli many times, generally a full English breakfast or really tasty homemade sausage rolls (my favourite is cheese and jalapeño) and the best rocky road known to man. The coffee is always hot unlike a lot of coffee chains and all excellent value for money. Never had a bad meal. ”

“ For some reason we haven’t visited this fantastic deli since Covid. We went back today and the owner remembered our order from five years ago which was delicious eggs Benedict with bacon and two lovely coffees. The service and food was excellent as always The mural in the outside seating area at the back is amazing and we’ve ordered cheese and marmite sausage rolls which were collecting on Monday as they sound delicious. 10 out of 10 it will definitely be less than five years before we come back ”

“ I popped in yesterday on the chance of a quick cuppa & cake. Emily was just closing, so I had a take away instead. The cake was delicious. The lightest sponge with real cream. Home made and amazing. It was big enough for two but I scoffed the lot!! Keep doing what you’re doing!! ”

“ What a joy to find this place, and to have it just around the corner from where I was staying in Bognor. The ‘fresh out of the oven’ cheese & onion sausage roll that I purchased on a whim on a cold, wet, windy morning was so good I had to come back. 3 visits the following week for lunch; jalapeño sausage roll & salad, ‘all day breakfast’ quiche & salad, and on my last visit - the special of the day - chicken, mushroom and peppercorn pie with steamed veg (with a jalapeño sausage roll to take-away ). The food feels nourishing, wholesome, tasty and definitely filling and all very reasonably priced. The pastry on the pie, quiche and sausage rolls is thin and scrummy, and importantly, LOADED with filling - and not just cheap veg padding out the pastry. Things are made on the premises. Everyone is greeted with genuine warmth by the owner & her partner. Regulars, of which there are many, are greeted by name, but people stopping by for the first time feel very welcomed. I wish this place was closer to me. NB: the photos don’t do the food justice. ”

I’m not a vegetarian but some of the vegetarian dishes with beat root and mushrooms and cheese are amazing, once chose an amazing looking quiche thingy over a full English as it look delicious and it was lol That said the toastys and full English and cakes are the best Gotta support the independent businesses And forget about the random boring people that just can’t do a day without moaning See you very soon ”
